Job Description
UGL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 5 Fitters and 2 Electricians supporting Defence fuel infrastructure across Queensland, based at RAAF Amberley. You will manage day-to-day maintenance, coordinate subcontractors, track KPIs and ensure planned and reactive work is completed safely and on time.

You will also coach and develop your team, work closely with Defence stakeholders, travel to Oakey as needed, and balance preventive maintenance targets with reactive response times
