Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-regarded Queensland law firm within its Corporate Disputes & Litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial litigator looking to work on sophisticated matters, gain genuine exposure to clients and senior practitioners, and continue developing their career within a supportive and down-to-earth team.
n
You'll work across a diverse and high-quality disputes practice, advising a broad range of clients including national and multinational corporations, SMEs, high-net-worth individuals and government bodies.
n
Your matters will span:
n
n
Commercial and corporate disputes
n
Insolvency and shareholder disputes
n
Property and construction disputes
n
Regulatory and compliance matters
n
Stakeholder and contractual disputes
n
Complex commercial litigation
n
Investigations and contentious advisory work
n
Supreme and Federal Court proceedings
n
Complex interlocutory matters
n
Mediations, arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution processes
n
n
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with Partners and experienced disputes practitioners, with direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility from an early stage.
n
We're interested in hearing from a Lawyer or Associate with 2+ years' PAE and a genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

You'll ideally bring:

Experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
n




Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Sound legal research, drafting and analytical capabilities
n
An interest in developing your advocacy and litigation skills
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and work across complex matters
n
A commercially minded and client-focused approach
n
A cooperative attitude and genuine willingness to contribute to the team
