Job Description
Own the full chain of retail display, fixtures and POSM across ANZ (design → installation), leading retail marketing strategy, retailer events and project delivery to support brand objectives, drive sales and grow market share.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute ANZ retail trade marketing strategy to support brand objectives, drive sales and grow market share.
n
Own the end-to-end retail display and fixture projects (design → prototype → production → logistics → installation), delivered on time, on budget and on brand.
n
Develop POSM and visual merchandising (VM) strategy and maintain planograms to ensure consistent in-store execution and brand presentation.
n
Develop project plans (milestones / timeline / resources), maintain project documentation and risk registers, and monitor budgets and expenditure.
n
Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, retailers and installers to drive delivery and resolve execution challenges.
n
Analyse market, competitor and sales data, track ROI and KPIs, and conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.

Plan and execute product launch events, including in-store launches and retailer / media previews.
n
Organise in-store demonstrations and experiential activations (demo days) to drive shopper experience and conversion.
n
Coordinate trade shows, retailer conferences and co-op promotional events.
n
Manage event materials, logistics, venues and suppliers to deliver on time and on budget.
n
Conduct post-event reviews, evaluate ROI and capture reusable playbooks.

Qualifications
n
n
2+ years in trade marketing, retail project management or related (consumer electronics / durables / FMCG preferred).
n
Proven end-to-end retail project delivery, from fixture design through production to installation.
n
Robust knowledge of retail fixtures, materials, manufacturing, POS and VM standards.
n
Strong project management, budget control and analytical (ROI) skills.
n
Excellent communication, stakeholder and supplier management; able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
