Key responsibilities
n
n
Provide administrative support across project, health, safety, environment, and plant operations to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the Lloyd Street Extension project.
n
Coordinate front-of-house activities, visitor management, onboarding, meeting logistics, office administration, and stakeholder support.
n
Assist with payroll, procurement, invoicing, vendor setup, and records management using systems such as COINS, Docketbook and Datascope.
n
Support plant mobilisation, asset tracking, equipment hire, compliance activities and the maintenance of key project registers.
n
Contribute to a safe and productive work environment through HSE administration, training coordination, inductions, compliance monitoring, and document control.

About you
n
n
You identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
n
Previous experience in an administration, project support, site office or coordination role within construction, engineering, or a similar environment.
n
Commitment to undertaking and successfully completing a Certificate III in Business Administration.
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
n
Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach and the ability to build effective working relationships.
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset for supporting project teams and site operations.
n
