Job Description
JBS Australia, headquartered in Melbourne, is seeking a motivated DMM & Offal Room Area Leader at our Brooklyn Plant. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily operations of the DMM and Offal departments, driving safety, quality, productivity and team performance across the site.

You will lead and develop teams, coordinate production, monitor yields and labour, and ensure compliance with food safety and customer requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and robust
