You will deliver client-centred case management and advocacy to facilitate moving clients toward reliable, independent housing.
The role is full-time, fixed-term until 30 June ****, SCHADS Level 4, paying $***** per hour.
You may be required to participate in after-hours on-call rosters and travel between sites as needed.
