Job Description
The Team coordinator, Corporate Purchasing oversees the daily activities of the Purchasing team and is responsible for the purchase of motor vehicles and accessories ordered by SG Fleet's clients.
This role is responsible for delivering 100% compliance against all SG Fleet purchasing KPI and SLA targets.
It is also responsible for the efficient and professional management of all suppliers, dealers, team members and general SG Fleet requirements.
Job Requirements
Experience leading a team, coaching staff and managing KPI's
Proven experience managing customer and supplier relationships
Leasing and/or fleet management industry experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional phone manner and customer focus
High attention to detail
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to manage conflict and influence outcomes
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Accountable and self-motivated approach to work
Experience developing staff and fostering a positive team culture
Job Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end vehicle purchasing lifecycle, ensuring KPI, SLA, and policy compliance.
Lead, coach, and develop the Purchasing team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and maintain high performance.
Allocate and monitor team workloads, proactively addressing risks and operational issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the dealer network to support business growth and client commitments.
Resolve customer, supplier, and stakeholder queries and complaints in a timely and skilled manner.
Oversee delivery pipelines and ensure purchasing data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and minimise risk.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO requirements, and relevant regulatory obligations.
