The Change Assurance Lead supports delivery of technology and business changes by planning and leading change assurance, testing, release coordination and organisational change activities.
The role works with project teams, stakeholders and users to ensure changes are implemented safely and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing change plans, assessing impacts and risks, coordinating testing and releases, and supporting communication and training.
