Level 5 - $115,******* per annum (incl $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance)+ 12% Superannuation
A 4.5% base salary increase will apply following the approval and formal registration of the Town's Industrial Agreement.

The Role

We're seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to work closely with leaders across the organisation, delivering end-to-end recruitment services and practical talent acquisition advice.

What You'll Bring
You are a customer-focused recruitment qualified who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, building relationships and delivering great recruitment outcomes.
You bring experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and are confident sourcing talent, facilitating recruitment activities and providing practical advice to hiring managers.
You'll be proactive, organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on candidate care, stakeholder service and continuous improvement.
Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
Cert IV in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Current 'C' class driver's license
Rights to work in Australia
National Police Clearance
