About Milestones Early Learning Flinders View

About the Role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
Lead and deliver a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
Create engaging learning environments that inspire children's curiosity, creativity and confidence
Build strong relationships with children, families and the broader community
Design, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to each child's interests, strengths and developmental needs`
Mentor and support educators within the learning setting
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality outcomes across the service
Support the centre in achieving and maintaining excellence against the National Quality Standards
About You
You'll bring:
A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)
A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain
A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Passion, creativity and enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with families and educators
