The role is office-based in Hunters Hill with travel to clients across the Northern Sydney area.
It is a permanent full time position, Monday to Friday.
You will focus on care planning, funding utilisation, and billing accuracy, while coordinating with clinical and Allied health teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for older people in the community.
