Better Place Australia is seeking a dedicated professional to join the HOPE Suicide Prevention Program.
This full time role delivers non-clinical psychosocial support through case management to individuals in crisis or who have attempted suicide, for up to 12 weeks, with supervision and governance in a multidisciplinary setting.
You will engage in outreach, safety planning, and collaboration with family and services to support safety and recovery, including work with diverse communities.
