The Role
You'll hold significant responsibility for technical leadership, delivery outcomes and client trust on complex OT / ICS cyber security engagements, leading through collaboration and sound skilled judgement, and holding yourself and others to a high standard of quality.
You'll influence senior stakeholders and contribute directly to SIS's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Take full accountability for delivery of complex OT / ICS cyber security engagements, to time, cost and quality targets
Lead delivery across the FEED cycle, threat assessments, architecture and training services
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across engineering, operations, cyber and executive leadership
Provide technical leadership and peer review, ensuring outcomes meet SIS's quality and assurance standards
Mentor and develop consultants, building team capability and professional growth
Continuously improve ways of working, tools and methods across the practice
What We're Looking For
Deep,



hands-on OT / ICS cyber security expertise, known for setting technical direction through credibility rather than position
Proven track record leading complex consulting engagements with autonomy and influence
Strong stakeholder credibility across engineering, operations, cyber and executive audiences
Comfortable owning a client relationship and the commercial side of an engagement, not just the technical delivery
A clear commitment to quality, integrity, accountability and teamwork
Nice to have:
Direct experience with control systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC or similar), ideally including time with an asset owner or operator
IEC ***** certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience
