Job Description
Metro North Health's Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital is seeking a Social Work Team Leader for Surgery and ICU to lead eight social workers across surgical wards, ICU and Burns Unit, while maintaining a complex clinical caseload.

You will provide operational and qualified leadership, apply evidence-based practice, advise senior management on complex cases and legislation, and drive service development across RBWH to improve patient-focused outcomes.
