Job Description
John Holland is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the North Western Program Alliance (NWPA) team based in Seaford. You will be responsible for end-to-end commercial management of major subcontracts and self-performed works, collaborating with stakeholders and leading direct reports to drive project outcomes.

You will oversee procurement planning, subcontract packaging, cost control, forecasting, and risk mitigation, while mentoring the commercial team and ensuring robust contract
