Working closely with an LIV Accredited Specialist Partner, you'll be supported to further develop your technical skills, client management experience and confidence across a broad range of private family law matters.
n
Your work may include:
n
n
Complex property settlements;
n
High value financial agreements; including superannuation splitting;
n
Divorce and estate planning;
n
Mediation and collaboration;
n
Multi-party disputes;
n
Injunctions/restraint orders;
n
Same sex law/parenting issues;
n
IVF/surrogacy arrangements;
n
International children (Hague convention) matters.
n

You'll also have the prospect to develop your experience in court appearances, mediations and negotiations, while progressively taking greater ownership of your matters.

About you
n
You'll ideally be a Family Lawyer 3+ years PAE who is looking for a role where you can continue learning while building greater autonomy.
n
You'll bring:

Experience across family and relationship law matters;
n
Strong drafting, communication and client management skills;
n
The confidence to manage matters with appropriate supervision; and
