National 360 is seeking a Team Leader in Geelong to mentor a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and lead service delivery across homes, clinics and community settings.

You will balance leadership with your own clinical caseload, drive team performance, participate in development programs and collaborate with Senior Managers to achieve high-quality outcomes for clients. Eligible professionals may have AHPRA/SPA registration in progress.
