Job Description

Design visual assets communicating Datacom's solutions, services and value propositions
n
Develop graphics, diagrams, infographics and visual frameworks simplifying complex concepts
n
Create customer-centric visual stories reinforcing business outcomes and value
n
Produce presentations, proposal visuals, brochures, customer one-pagers, digital content and campaign materials
n
Design reusable templates and visual standards improving consistency and speed to market
n
Develop assets supporting solution selling, executive engagement and customer conversations
n
Ensure materials align with Datacom's brand standards and design principles
n
Maintain visual consistency across proposition portfolios and customer segments
n
Improve the quality, usability and effectiveness of communication assets
n
Partner with the Proposition Writer to bring messaging and narratives to life visually
n
Work with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex concepts into meaningful visual communications
n
Explore recent approaches to digital storytelling, visual communication and customer engagement
n

Requirements

Strong graphic design, presentation design and visual communication skills
n
Experience producing sales, marketing, proposition or customer-facing collateral
n
Ability to turn complex information into clear and engaging visual experiences
n
Expertise across Adobe Creative Suite,



PowerPoint and modern content creation tools
n
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and passion for quality design
