V/Line is recruiting an HR Improvement Lead to design, coordinate and deliver practical HR improvement initiatives that strengthen the future People Operating Model and improve how HR services are delivered across the organisation.

Reporting to the Program Director – HR Improvement, you will partner with People & Culture teams and business stakeholders to simplify processes, clarify ways of working and support the build-out of a recent HR Operating model. The role offers a hybrid work environment.
