Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a robust Operational Technology (OT) background to support a major technology uplift across a complex electricity network environment.

This role is focused on understanding OT systems, assets, networks and operational processes, working closely with engineering and technology teams to translate technical requirements into practical business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Gather, document and validate requirements across OT and operational technology environments
n
Map current and future-state processes and assess operational and system impacts
n
Work closely with OT, Engineering, Infrastructure, Network and Architecture teams
n
Support changes across OT asset visibility, network monitoring and operational systems
n
Facilitate workshops with technical SMEs and operational stakeholders
n
Support technical design, integrations, testing, UAT and implementation
n




Translate complex OT requirements into clear business processes and documentation
n
n
Key Requirements
n
n
Strong Business Analyst experience within Operational Technology (OT) environments
n
Understanding of SCADA,ICS, industrial networks, substations or electricity network technologies
n
Experience gathering requirements and mapping processes for complex technical projects
n
Strong understanding of how OT systems interact with infrastructure, networks and operational environments
n
Experience supporting system integrations, testing/UAT and implementation
n
Strong stakeholder engagement across engineering, OT and technology teams
n
Experience within utilities, energy, critical infrastructure, mining, transport or industrial environments
n
Exposure to Dragos, Nozomi, OMICRON or similar OT technologies - Highly regarded
