I'm currently partnering with a leading national healthcare organisation that is expanding its community Physiotherapy services across the Gold Coast.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist looking for a role that combines clinical autonomy, flexibility and genuine support, while helping clients improve their mobility, confidence and independence within their own homes.

The Opportunity
n
As a Community Physiotherapist, you'll work with clients across a range of community and home-based programs, including Rehabilitation in the Home, Hospital in the Home, private services and Support at Home.
n
Your role will focus on delivering practical, person-centred Physiotherapy that supports rehabilitation, recovery and long-term independence.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Completing Physiotherapy assessments within clients' homes
n
Developing individualised rehabilitation and exercise programs
n
Supporting clients to improve strength, mobility, balance and function
n
Falls prevention and mobility strategies
n
Supporting clients following illness, injury or hospital admission
n
Helping older Australians maintain their independence and remain living safely at home
n
Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans accordingly
n
Working collaboratively with nurses, care partners and other Allied Health professionals
n
n
The service has a robust focus on prevention, early intervention and reablement,
with the opportunity to see the meaningful impact your treatment has on clients in their everyday environment.

About You
n

You'll need:

Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
n
Current Australian driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
A genuine interest in rehabilitation and community-based care
n
Confidence working autonomously while remaining connected to a broader clinical team
n
Good organisation and time-management skills
n
