What You'll Be Doing
n
As a Service Manager, you will:
n
n
Oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the ServiceDepartment
n
Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team of ServiceTechnicians
n
Lead by example across the entire department, assisting with workforce planning, job coordination, team supervision and the achievement of key metric targets.
n
Drive workshop presentation, customer engagement and service excellence by maintaining high standards of housekeeping,



communication and operational execution.
n
Manage warranty costs, workshop assets and departmental budgets inline with company expectations
n
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with companypolicies and procedures
n
Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation and continuousimprovement
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Brings experience in service management, workshop operations or asimilar leadership role
n
Has demonstrated commercial and financial management expertise
n
Possesses a strong technical and industry understanding
n
Has a proven ability to lead, mentor and develop teams to achieveshared goals
n
Brings experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S or continuousimprovement programs
n
Has excellent communication, decision‐making and stakeholdermanagement skills
n
Is focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences
n
Is safety conscious, solutions focused and ready to grow
n
A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
n
Is confident using business systems, reporting tools and computerapplications
n
