This 12 months max term opportunity focuses on shaping learning experiences across Fraud & Scams, Complaints, Estates and Assist, translating complex information into transparent, accessible content.
You will lead end-to-end design, develop digital and blended learning, and collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to deliver practical programs that boost capability and customer outcomes.
