Based in Bannockburn/Meredith, with easy access from Geelong, Ballarat and Melbourne, the role offers hybrid work and flexible schedule.
You will coordinate partnerships with agencies, plan and evaluate recovery programs, identify funding opportunities, and support community-led events that strengthen connection
