SWAMS is seeking an experienced Out of Home Care (OOHC) Coordinator in Western Australia to lead and grow the OOHC program under the Kwaba Bidi Team.
The role focuses on delivering culturally protected OOHC services and supporting Aboriginal children, families, and carers.
You will oversee program delivery, lead a majority Aboriginal team, develop policies, prepare reports, and build partnerships with the Department of Communities and other Aboriginal organisations to strengthen outcomes.
