Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Clinical Team Leader for HASI Plus in Carlingford to provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team supporting adults with complex mental health needs.
You will oversee a caseload of ***** consumers, participate in 13-week reviews, care planning and risk assessment, and collaborate with LHD partners to ensure secure, recovery-focused community-based care.
The role includes on-call duties approximately monthly and is grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered
