voco Gosford is looking for a Front Office Duty Manager to lead the Front Office team for our 130-room hotel on the Central Coast.
You will oversee reservations, guest experience and front desk operations to ensure every guest leaves with a outstanding story.
You will work alongside senior leaders to maintain high service standards, manage rosters and drive occupancy.
A solid background in hotel operations and RSA/First Aid credentials are desirable.
