Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Agent role based in Sunshine Coast, QLD.
The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential properties, including listing, marketing, and conducting open homes and private inspections.
Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new listings, building and nurturing client relationships, preparing listing presentations, and negotiating sales contracts.
The role involves coordinating property appraisals, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.




The Real Estate Agent will collaborate closely with the broader team to deliver a high-quality customer experience and contribute to the agency's growth and reputation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and respond promptly to client needs.
Candidates should possess proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing property transactions.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts, local market trends, and property valuation principles.
Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong time management and organizational abilities.
Candidates should possess proficiency in basic digital tools and CRM software; prior experience in the Sunshine Coast property market is highly beneficial.
Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and reliable transport, and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
