The Opportunity
We are expanding our team in
Bankstown NSW
and are looking for:
Registered Nurses (RNs)
Enrolled Nurses (ENs)
Home Care Employees (HCEs)
You'll work across a variety of shifts — including
active nights
— to deliver exceptional in-home care and help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical and personal care in clients' homes.
Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Promote safety, dignity, and well-being in every interaction.
What You'll Need
Current Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
National Police Clearance (current)
Nursing Registration (if applicable)
First Aid & CPR Certificates
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Computer literacy — confident using digital systems for care notes & communication
Experience in nursing or home care (preferred but not essential)
