About The Role

Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development.
n
Be the first point of contact for around ***** RAC members each day, providing support,guidanceand reassurance.
n
Confidently navigate multiple systems while deliveringsupportive, high-quality conversations with members.
n
Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions.
n
Work alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates success.
n
Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standards

This is a fulltime permanent position working 8 hours in lengthbetween Monday-Friday: 6am-*****pm,Saturday – Sunday: 8am-6pm.

About You
n
n




Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members
n
Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team
n
Transparent, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport
n
Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations
n
Available to work required shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where applicable
n
