Settlers Rest is a luxury country estate set on 550 acres in the stunning Howes Valley. Known for hosting unforgettable weddings, private stays and special gatherings, the property offers a unique and peaceful environment where guest experience and attention to detail matter.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team on a casual basis (2–3 days per week) to help maintain the presentation and cleanliness of our accommodation and event spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a beautiful rural setting and takes pride in creating warm, welcoming spaces for guests.

The Role
n
You will play an key role in ensuring our accommodation and guest areas are presented to the highest standard.
n
Key Responsibilities Include
n
n
Cleaning and preparing guest accommodation including the Tiny Home, Mini Homestead and guest areas
n
Preparing spaces for wedding guests and retreat groups
n
Laundry, linen changes and restocking guest amenities
n
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the property
n
Assisting with event turnover and resetting spaces
n




Reporting any maintenance or property issues
n
Supporting the team in keeping Settlers Rest looking its best
n

You are someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys creating beautiful spaces for guests.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Reliable and able to work independently
n
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for presentation

Friendly with a positive, can-do attitude

Comfortable working on a rural property
n
Experienced in housekeeping or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
n
Flexible and available to occasionally assist around wedding and event schedules
n
