Healthii People is delighted to partner with Grace Children's Therapy, located in Castle Hill, to support the recruitment of a General Psychologist to join the business. Established in **** and owned by a highly respected Occupational Therapist, Grace Children's Therapy is committed to leading the way in research, clinical development, and evidence-based intervention for children and families.

About the Day-to-Day Duties:
n
n
Deliver high-quality psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for children
n
Provide emotional, behavioural and developmental support using evidence-based frameworks
n
Work collaboratively with families, educators, and allied health professionals
n
Assist in enhancing service delivery, innovation and best-practice initiatives
n
Uphold the organisation's child-centred philosophy and core values
n
Offer guidance and support to parents, teachers, schools, early childhood services and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care across environments
n
Conduct school and home visits when appropriate to implement strategies in natural settings
n
Assist families in navigating funding pathways and available support options
n

About You – The Successful Psychologist
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
n
AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist
n
Experience or strong interest in paediatric and developmental practice
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Passion for evidence-based intervention and ongoing professional development
n
Commitment to collaborative, child-centred and family-focused care
