This is a Scrum Master role supporting one of our leading clients.
n
We are looking for a positive, energetic professional who takes ownership, drives outcomes, and gets things done.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate key milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery activities to support successful outcomes.
n
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, showcases, retrospectives, and refinement sessions.
n
Improve team agility by identifying opportunities for simplification and continuous improvement
n
Work closely with the Product Owner and delivery team to prioritise and manage the backlog, refine user stories and epics, and support effective estimation.
n
Identify, track, and elevate delivery risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies, working with stakeholders to agree mitigation actions.
n
Provide clear, timely delivery updates to key stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
n
Coach the team in Agile principles and practices, promote self-management, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
n
Proactively identify and remove impediments by collaborating with team members, stakeholders,



and dependent teams.

Key Skills & Experience
n
n
At least five years' experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or in a similar role delivering complex technology initiatives.
n
Demonstrated experience applying Agile and Scrum practices in complex delivery environments.
n
Demonstrated ability to embed Agile principles, behaviours, and ways of working across delivery teams.
n
Strong organisational, prioritisation, and delivery-planning skills.
n
Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and continuous-improvement skills.
n
Ability to manage scope, delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and elevate concerns with clear mitigation options.
n
Proven ability to build and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
n
Qualified Scrum Master or Certified ScrumMaster certification is desirable.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
n
A growth mindset, with enthusiasm for navigating new situations and solving problems collaboratively.
