Job Description
Aerlink is seeking a Brisbane-based Cabin Standards Supervisor to own the cabin standards and training function. You will supervise Cabin Trainer & Checkers and EP Instructors, while maintaining duties as Cabin Crew and ensuring 100% EP recency for crew and pilots.

This leadership role reports to the HOTAC and involves developing new instructors, updating training content, and coordinating with operations. The role requires robust planning, training, and documentation skills.
