We're looking for a confident and capable Senior People & Culture Business Partner to be a trusted advisor to our disability and ageing staff and leaders, leading a supportive and proactive presence for our P&C; team.

What you'll do
n
As our Senior P&C; Business Partner, you will:
n
n
Partner strategically with senior leaders across Victoria to deliver impactful, practical P&C; solutions.
n
Provide expert ER/IR advice, confidently navigating complex matters with sound judgement and care
n
Drive key people initiatives including leadership capability, workforce planning, engagement and organisational development.
n
Influence and challenge leaders to build high-performing, inclusive and accountable teams.
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
Significant experience in business partnering or HR, ideally within large or complex organisations.
n
Proven expertise covering ER/IR, leadership coaching, workforce planning and performance management.
n
Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying contemporary awards, enterprise agreements and Fair Work legislation in a multifaceted employment setting.




n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
n
n
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
