SMS Mining Services is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our High Wycombe workshop in Western Australia. This full time, Monday–Friday day-shift role has overall responsibility for workshop operations, asset performance, and team leadership.

You will report to the Maintenance Services Manager, oversee Workshop Supervisors and their teams, and ensure all maintenance and repair activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
