Lead the Four-Wheel Drive & Adventure category

Own end-to-end category strategy, sales, profitability, and team leadership

Drive budgets, pricing, range reviews, and category performance

Develop high-performing teams and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture

Balance performance across Retail and Trade channels

Proven ability to develop high-performing teams in Category Manager or Merchandise Manager roles
n
Deep category management experience
n
Strong leadership, strategic, analytical, planning, communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to balance competing priorities and drive performance across Retail and Trade channels
n
Commercial acumen and merchandise/category management background
n
Customer-focused thinking and strong service orientation
n
