Job Description
Archa, a Melbourne-based fintech, is seeking a senior Risk & Compliance Lead to own and mature its risk framework as the company scales. You will oversee regulatory and enterprise risk, AML/CTF, financial crime and third‐party risk while working with leadership to ensure practical, scalable controls.

You will translate complex regulations into pragmatic processes, oversee risk governance, and build robust risk practices across Operations, Credit, Product and Finance.
