InfraBuild Reinforcing seeks a Victorian State Sales Manager to own the sales strategy across Victoria and drive the performance of the local sales team.
This senior role requires deep construction market experience and established Tier 1 client relationships to deliver on KPIs.
You will lead a high-performing team, build multi-tiered relationships with key customers, forecast budgets and shape the state business plan, while leading bids and pricing negotiations.
