Lead construction projects in Darwin with an established Australian-owned fire protection contractor.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Darwin team and take ownership of project delivery across commercial and industrial sites.
This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects across the Northern Territory, supported by an experienced team and a growing national business.
We welcome applications from Project Managers with experience in construction or building services.
Fire protection experience is highly regarded, but is not essential.

About The Role
This is a hands‐on, site-based Project Manager role responsible for delivering projects from award through to completion.
Working closely with our Darwin project and construction teams, you will manage project performance, build strong client relationships and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Managing project delivery, including budgets, timelines and resourcing
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
Managing procurement of materials and equipment
Liaising with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
Monitoring project progress, risks and commercial performance
Resolving project and site issues to keep delivery on track
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and project requirements
Providing clear project reporting and maintaining project dcoumentation
About You
Diploma in Project Management (or equivalent qualification/experience)
Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction
Fire protection experience highly regarded (wet and/or dry fire)
Strong understanding of site-based project delivery
Experience managing subcontractors, procurement and project budgets
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
High level of accountability, organisation and attention to detail
Robust communication skills and ability to work across teams
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
Candidates must hold valid Australian working rights
Defence Project Requirement
This role may involve work on Defence projects.
Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required Defence security clearance and site access approvals.
