Queensland Government, North West Hospital and Health Service, is recruiting an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner to lead culturally safe primary health care and skin health initiatives in Gulf communities.

You will undertake health assessments, education, immunisation support and care planning while building robust community partnerships and delivering test-and-treat programs in remote settings.
