Job Summary:

The Cyber Security AnalystistaskedwithcontinuouslymonitoringandtriagingsecurityeventsandalertsfromSIEMandothersecuritytoolsacrossdiverseclientenvironments. Thisrolerequirespromptlyinvestigatingandrespondi

- Tuneandbuildalertingrulestominimizefalsepositivesandenhanceaccuracy.
- Createcleardocumentationandplaybookstoaccelerateresponseworkflows.
- Engagewithcustomersandmanageescalationstoimprovesatisfactionandtrust.
- Automaterepetitivealerthandlingtoincreaseefficiencyandreducemanualeffort.
- ImplementAI/MLsolutionstolower Mean Timeto Detect(MTTD)andMTTR.
