Mater Private Hospital Townsville is seeking an experienced CSSD Manager to lead the Central Sterile Services Department and deliver secure, high-quality sterilisation services on a permanent full-time basis.

You will oversee decontamination, sterilization and distribution, maintain equipment, and drive compliance with AS/NZS 4187:2014 while developing your team and improving service delivery across perioperative areas.
