Join our client's team as a Change Manager focused on the Cyber Security Program of Work, based in Lenah Valley, Tasmania. This 6-month contract role commencing ASAP presents a unique opportunity to lead change initiatives within significant digital security projects.
About the Role
You will be instrumental in delivering change management strategies and plans for key projects including Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Working closely with dedicated Project Managers, you will support the implementation, deployment, and operationalisation of change initiatives that ensure secure and compliant access to systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for IAM and DLP projects.
- Support the transition to preferred IAM operating models, influencing resourcing and process changes.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of data classification and protection solutions aligned with security obligations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of Identity Governance & Administration Platform systems.
- Operationalise change management plans to embed sustainable change in business operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Change management qualifications such as CCMP, Prosci or equivalent.
- 3-6+ years’ change management experience, preferably in cyber security or digital transformation environments.
- Solid knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and deliver impactful change outcomes.
