We are currently looking for two experienced Accounts Payable Officers to join a large, established organisation in a high-volume workplace.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced AP professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced team and is confident managing a high volume of invoices from end to end.

About the Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and suppliers are paid on time.

Key responsibilities include:

- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
- Processing approximately 700 invoices per week
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Supporting AP Supervisors during peak periods
- Following established SOPs and internal controls
- Ensuring accuracy and timely processing across a high-volume environment

About You:

- Previous experience in high-volume AP, preferably within F MCG, retail or a large corporate environment
- Solid Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Experience working with large invoice volumes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Experience with AS400 is desirable

You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident to be considered for this position.
