Supporting a high-volume retail workforce, you'll play a key role in managing recruitment activity across a range of customer-facing positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
This role would suit someone from either an agency or internal recruitment background who enjoys candidate engagement, stakeholder management and juggling multiple vacancies at once.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of People & Business Partnering, you'll be responsible for managing approximately 30 active vacancies across a diverse retail workforce.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Posting and managing job advertisements
- Screening applications and conducting phone interviews
- Shortlisting candidates and managing recruitment pipelines
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Conducting reference checks
- Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting offers, contracts and onboarding activities
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
- Building talent pools for future hiring needs
- Providing an excellent candidate experience from application through to commencement
The majority of recruitment activity will focus on retail positions, including Sales Consultants, Brand Ambassadors,
Beauty Advisors and Team Leaders.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence conducting candidate screening interviews
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Experience working in a quick-paced environment
Retail recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from agency recruitment backgrounds looking to move into an internal TA environment are encouraged to apply.
