About the role

Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Victorian Sales and Operations Manager, the Account Executive will execute sales strategies to drive long-term market share, sales, and profit growth across Victoria and Tasmania. The appointee will be responsible for developing and managing major accounts by strengthening key relationships with specialist retail partners. This role is part of an established and highly productive team,



with a team-oriented and collegiate culture and will play a critical in supporting Sealy's growth strategy over the next 3-5 years.

About you

With prior experience as an Account Executive in high-end consumer products, you are a proactive and customer-focused professional with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You have a deep understanding of the ultra-premium wholesale industry selling into a reputable retail customer base and a proven ability to foster genuine relationships with key accounts to drive their success. Working autonomously within a team environment, you bring strong strategic, commercial, and analytical skills. Comfortable traveling across Victoria and Tasmania, you are highly motivated to contribute to both key account growth and your own career development.
