Who will you be working with?

You’ll be joining a large and rapidly growing insurance brokerage with a strong presence in the Australian market. This is an chance to work within a professional and collaborative team where your claims expertise will be valued and you’ll have exposure to a broad range of insurance products.

What will you be doing?
- Manage claims across a diverse portfolio of insurance products
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the claims process
- Liaise with insurers, underwriters and other key stakeholders
- Provide advice and support to clients on claims matters
- Manage claims from lodgement through to resolution
- Ensure claims are progressed efficiently and in the best interests of clients

What do you need?




- Experience in an intermediated claims environment
- Broking claims experience is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the insurance claims process
- Good knowledge of the role brokers play throughout the claims lifecycle
- Exposure to a broad range of insurance products is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
