We're excited to welcome an Administration Coordinator to the Emergency Department, Access and Flow Support Team.
The Administration Coordinator of the Emergency Department and Transit Unit for Sunshine Coast University Hospital (SCUH) supervises, coordinates and supports a team of administrative staff and performs a range of administration functions to ensure consistent and high-quality services in clinical and non-clinical areas. The position also has an advisory role with the same service at other facilities within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).+

Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the availability of administrative staff, management of workloads, organisation of relief where appropriate and maintaining daily staff coverage through each unit within the Emergency Department and Transit Unit.
- Provide timely rostering and correct data through movement and leave forms, and exception reports to maintain the integrity of the payroll systems and maintain knowledge of policy that affect staff and assist with completion of forms.
- Supervise and manage staff in line with quality human resource management practices with particular reference to employment equity, anti-discrimination,
occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour providing ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
Remuneration value up to $121 124p.a., comprising salary between $3693.60 - $4069.10 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (Fixed term temporary full time,76hrs p.f. for periods of leave relief as required for up to 12 months).
