About the role
Join our multidisciplinary Child & Family Health team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families across the early years.

As a Senior Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with caregivers and health professionals to provide assessment, support and therapeutic interventions for families during the antenatal period and for children from birth to five years of age. Your focus will be on strengthening family capacity, promoting child safety and wellbeing, and supporting children to thrive.

This exciting role will contribute to the expansion of services for families with children aged 1-5 years and play a key role in piloting creative models of care alongside Child & Family Health Nurses. You will have the opportunity to shape service delivery, enhance family outcomes, and work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment committed to early intervention and family-centred care.
